As an argentinian I can give a better context. Argentina is dealing with a huge crisis since lots of decades. One of the main issues is corruption. Cristina was president twice and Kirchner's mandatory it's know as one of the most corrupt goverments on the Americas. It is suspected that this scene was done to victimize her. It's really hard to explain but usually in Argentina, reality is stranger than fiction. It's obvious it's fake. Very bad acting
