Haaland will never be as good as Mbappe or Ronaldo Nazario because he relies heavily on the service of others and is not as skilled in other departments. He has an extreme low record of outside of the box goals as well.
I think its pretty clear. Just take a look at the number of outside of the box goals of Mbappe compared to Haaland. Mbappe creates his own chances, scores outside of the box and has some of the best solo runs against the big teams. Haaland is a good striker but relies heavily on the assist of teammates. The two are not comparable as Mbappe is by far, the more complete striker.
Not taking anything away from Mbappe, but if You put Haaland in the front line of that talented France team. Not only that they will win games they will torment their opponents

International play needs to be taken into perspective. You can't compare the international success of players who play for powerhouse nations against those that play for nations that rarely qualify for major tournaments.
