5. Brazil are on a different level to Argentina. Argentina are basically a smaller younger brother that wins once in a few years.

6. They knew exactly what was about to happen and they let it happen. As the brazilian pundit mentioned, this has been happening the entire year on every single match during the Libertadores cup, every time a visiting team went to Brazil, there has been violent incidents on and off the stadiums. Theres no excuse. Just like Argentina did on the previous match wtih Uruguay, you give the visitng fans a section with a degree of separation from the home crowd, and put some security in between. This is common practice around here, so this is a major oversight if not fully ill intentioned.
   And the behaviour of the secuirty/police was insane, the moment they got to the stands they started beating people right away, there was no attempt to de-escalate.

14. That Brazil vs. Argentina game was a reflection of what football has come to today. A lot of rolling around, simulation, diving and pretending to be injured ruining the spectacle of the game. Every game is like that now in European and South American club and int'l football. The referees keep getting conned by players' reactions and the VAR replays make every contact look worse in slow-motion
