  1. It's crazy to think that because of this loss, Messi will never be the greatest in Argentine eyes. They will always worship Maradona first because he managed what Messi could not…even though football is a team game ? What a story this would've been if Argentina won this World Cup

  3. How to beat Argentina? Just get Germany on them since they seem to know a thing or two about beating them… especially since they knocked them out 3x’s in a row (2006,2010,2014)…plus 2 out of the 4 championships were from defeating Argentina in the finals.

  4. Fun fact: The Brazil-Argentina football rivalry is so intense that despite being annihilated by Germany in the semifinals, Brazilian fans still went to cheer for them in the final against Argentina.

  5. Alumni timnas Jerman : Philipp Lahm, Bastian Schweinsteiger, Andre Schurrle, Roman Weidenfeller, Sami Khedira, Toni Kroos, Miroslav Klose dll
Non alumni timnas Jerman : Manuel Neuer dan Thomas Muller

  6. Argentina played better than Germany throughout the game and lost, this is the beauty of soccer, you will never know who will win until the referee blows the whistle

  7. There is something poetic about World Cup 2014. Everything seems like the way it should be, the 7-1, the Flying Holland, James Rodriguez and the fact that everyone was in their prime: Ronaldo, Ronaldo, Schwenteiger, etc. Even the Final was just perfect: incredibly tense, going to 120 minutes and ultimately decided by just a world-class performance of personal skill, tact and beauty.

  8. As a brazilian, didn't know to cheer for the team that eliminated us 7 – 1 or our long death rivals. this world cup at home was worst than it should have been ???
