People are forgetting Argentina only had 72 hrs rest. They weren't recovered. Next game has 6 days difference. The niggles and tiredness will be gone. I think they'll be better in next game.
Si no sabe, mejor quedese musa compa 🤫
I'm surprised , but Messi didn't hide as usual. He was a best player on a field – impressive
Australia had no business playing here. Denmark would've knocked out Argentina
Messi will be launched out of the stadium by Van Dijk, no way he will penetrate the dutch defense
As an Australian I've gotta say congrats to Argentina, I will be rooting for you in the next game. As for Australia, your effort and heart throughout the tournament (even with all the disrespect from certain areas of media aka this Jules clown) has done Australia proud. Chin up boys
Every team that has played against Argentina have been defensive initial until Messi scores. Netherlands might play different and that will open the game up for highest scoring team to win.
Argentina always playing under pressure.. It’s quit tough playing from this angle. Let’s not also forget that Netherlands haven’t meet a team with Messi.😊when you appoint 3plays to mark him.
Australia a bad team? Is this guy on drugs?
It's a blessing in disguise..they need more motivation and more determination if they want to win it all…They sure now knows other teams can send them home if they don't play their best…..Hope they will have a great match and win against the Netherlands
you kids have to understand that most teams improve as they advance in tournament football especially world cups.
What an easy road for Argentina
These knobheads don't know anything about footballs. They're just clowning around at this point and saying whatever comes to mind
These guys will never be impressed even if Argentina wins 3 WC's in a row so gives a f*** what they think really?
Pessi won't be scoring any lucky goals against the Dutch 😂😂.. arsewipetina r getting thrashed in qyaters
These ESPN PUNDITS think its a league game where Manchester city s playing Nottingham forest. Sorry wcup knock outs dont work like that. Any weak team s gonna play with passion there n its not easy
Nobody in the 11 played bad. Its about game management. I agree they shd take chances better. Even netherlands look scary more than france spain n brazil because they know what they are doing. Its wcup knockouts both team gives 100 percent. Its not a sunday league game to play convincin football
What is even sebi doing on a football show, guy got nothing to link him to football.
I know they put lauturo in the end cuz they thought they had the game and they wanted to boost his confidence but that needs to stop, had Alvarez been in this positions he would have buried at least 1, it got unpredictable and Australia scored 1. In a sense lauturo almost costed then the game, from here on out it's harder competition and they can't be risking playing lauturo just to boost his confidence
After Group stages: "They will be tested in RO16"
After RO16: "They will be tested in QFs"
The test doesn't complete until they win the whole thing or lose before that.
