  1. By far the worst refereeing performance of the world cup. Allowing a Spanish (La Liga referee) to officiate a match for Argentina is clearly not fair. I hope someone does a video of all the one sided decisions in this match.

    – the Messi handball was as clear a yellow card you will ever see. Yet nothing given. Shocking to watch!

  2. I think Netherlands wins they are just a better team and have better players whether y’all want to admit it or not only player better is Messi and maybe Julian but I think this Argentina team is too hyped their 32 unbeaten streak they really only face Brazil in South America and I guess Uruguay but they are only decent I think 90% Netherlands win however I can see & hope Messi turns back the clock and do some magical stuff and makes Argentina win I’m a Ronaldo fan btw but I want to see both shine and go far in this World Cup since it’s both their last and I want to see a Portugal vs Argentina final Messi vs Ronaldo and I know Portugal will win 100% if it happens

  3. 1.England VS france
    2.Netherland VS Argentina
    3.moroco VS Portugal
    4.Croatia VS Brazil

looking forward to  matchup of Argentina VS Netherland ( this game is lika a final for me )
Although I hate the fact that one will be eliminated.
Messi is the focal point of this Argentina  team but Argentina is not dependent on messi alone, they have Alvarez, Di maria , but if you noticed the teams they played until now, most of them dropped back and had so many defenders in the box. Against Netherland ,the play will be more open and Argentina can show everyone, they are a force to be reckoned with…. but Netherland is very strong as well .
There is a reason why argentina beat Brazil (having ) Neymar in the Copa america final . They can  DEFEND against Dumfries and gakpo as well, but it will a close game . I think Argentina will go through but let see what happens,
Brazil & France will not win this world cup.
The winner would be from these teams :-

    Argentina
    Netherland
    Morocco

    Save this .
    Cheers 🍾

Morocco🇲🇦 is very dangerous & underdog( saying this after there game against Belgium, they will go long away with there strong defence and goal keeper ) .

    Lastly This will be
Morocco VS Netherland / Argentina final .

  4. I don't think Argentina going to win this one , Messi will not make any impact since Dutch defence will keep him in a prison like they did in 2014 . Mostly Dutch will win since their attack is very clinical compared to arg who are mostly dependent on messi

  5. Every time these lot speak about ArgentIna it's so telling they simply don't have a clue. They bashed the Otamendi/Romero partnership saying Lisandro Martinez would be better, yet for the majority of Argentina's 36 game unbeaten run it was Otamendi & Romero. Messi is the GOAT. He's so good that he constantly looks like he's doing everything but along with his 3 goals Alvarez has 2 goals, Enzo Fernandez has 1, Mac Allister has 1, so he's not doing it by himself! Argentina have steadily improved. Bare in mind every team barring Saudi Arabia have sat back and just defended deep. Against Australia they had just over 2 days rest. Holland are obviously their biggest challenge yet but let's not be ridiculous, Holland haven't impressed either. Get people on that watch more football than just the the major tournaments and the Premiership.

  6. This Argentina beat this Brazil for the Copa America, no? In a tight 1-0?

Also “Total Football” has won the Dutch exactly how many world cups?

Bottomline: amazing sexy football is overrated. But a magical moment from a great player isn’t.

Messi Magic makes the difference in this one…
    Argentina 🇦🇷 2-0 Netherlands 🇳🇱

  7. I don't know why people are comparing the TEAMS. The teams are not what you should be talking about. Argentina have a strong team – two great CBs, good midfielders, the best player in the world and great strikers. Netherlands have a great CB, a good backline, a good midfielder and a couple decent strikers. They're pretty equal (maybe Argentina slightly better) on paper. What you should be comparing are the COACHES. LVG is extremely experienced – Scaloni is a young manager. This is going to be a good game, because Argentina is all flare and aggressiveness, while Holland is pragmatic and paced. It'll be interesting.

I also think people really, REALLY underestimate Messi's tactical brain. Yes, when he gets the ball, he's ridiculously dangerous and his vision is off the charts, but it's not like his vision disappears when he's not on the ball. Messi walks – a lot – but he walks for a good reason. His zonal awareness is so next level, he actually uses WALKING to destabilise the shape of an opposition team. People have started to realise this only during this world cup it seems, but he's been doing it for a while. Even early on in his career. We'll see if Holland takes the bait.

  8. Rematch 1978 dont be stupid they have been playing each other 5 times at world cups , 1974 , netherlands won 4-0 2nd group stage 1978 argentina won 3-1 aet .
1998 quarter final netherlands won 2-1 . group stage draw 0-0 2014 semi-final 0-0 draw quarter finals not a good stage for argentina .

And in particular beeing knocked out in the quarter finals and rounds of 16 by european teams.
