  5. This is what Poland’s starting 11 should be and leave everyone else on the bench.

    Cash – Glik – Bereszynski – Jedrzejczyk

    Krychowiak – Bielik

    Zielinski – Grosicki

    Milik – Lewandowski – Piatek

    This is how Poland should be lined up. I don’t see how half of their best players are left on the bench this formation and line up makes sense. Lewandowski gets help with Milik and Piatek then you have Zielinski with an experienced Grosicki creating plays tg. Krychowiak and Bielik CDM and then you have the defence. Move Beresz over to CB with Glik and leave in Jedrzejczyk permanently on the left with Cash staying on the right. Allow creativity and a good balance back and forth between pressing and defending for all players. No question.

  6. At the end of the day I was sorry for Saudi Arabia and Mexico – they at least tried to play decent football and score goals, which is what Poland in this match never once attempted, from the first minute on. Only Poland's goal keeper saved the day for them, not the field players.

  9. Even tho Messi had scored his PK, and Argentina had won Poland 3-0 whiles mexico won 2-1, Poland would've still went through.
    And that's all down to the last minute goal that mexico conceded vs Saudi Arabia. So with that said, Poland and mexico would've been level on a -1goal diff but Poland would go through due to least number of yellow cards received.

    Poland received 5 whiles Mexico received 7. That would've been even more dramatic to go out in that fashion.

  12. Why all Ronaldo fans are bashing Messi because he missed penalties? Both are amazing and let’s enjoy them while we can, and stop this hate. Messi played amazing game today even though he failed to score but made impact which resulted in the goals

  15. Poland was better than Mexico — they just play the Italian way — deal with it.

    I know you hate Poland, because everybody hates Poles, but seriously — Poland has been better than Mexico. Deal with it.
